Courtney originally started her real estate business to capitalize on 15 years of business development and financial experience. Early in her career, she spent several years analyzing and structuring multi million dollar debt transactions in the Middle TN market. The next step on her professional journey was as a business development executive expanding relationships within national healthcare systems. Little did she know in her early years that her diverse experience would provide the framework to begin a path in real estate.

While still maintaining her 9 – 5, she began “dipping her toe” in the world of real estate investing. Over time, she made investments in 800+ multifamily and commercial units across the southeast. There was no denying where her passion was so in January 2022, she made the leap and left corporate America to pursue real estate full-time.

She now enjoys searching for new opportunities and creating avenues for others who have an interest in adding real estate to their personal portfolio.
